These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the paver-exchange.com website and any services provided by Paver Exchange ("we," "us," or "our"), a licensed California paver installation company (CSLB License #1042565). By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the property owner or an authorized decision-maker to request an estimate, 3D rendering, or installation. Our services are available only within our published Southern California service area.

2. Our services

This website is used to share information about our work, publish learning content, and collect project inquiries. Actual paver installation and hardscape work is performed under a separate written contract signed after an on-site consultation.

Complimentary 3D renderings are provided as a design aid to help you visualize a project. They are illustrative only and do not represent a binding scope, price, product selection, or final design.

3. Not an offer or quote

Nothing on this site — including pricing ranges, sample designs, learning articles, renderings, or form confirmations — constitutes a binding offer, quote, or contract. A binding scope and price require a site visit and a written, signed agreement.

4. Contractor's license

Paver Exchange is a licensed California contractor, CSLB License #1042565. Consumers can verify our license at the California Contractors State License Board (cslb.ca.gov).

5. Warranty

Warranty terms — including our 25-year workmanship warranty — apply only to installations performed under a signed Paver Exchange contract and are governed by the written warranty document delivered with that contract. Warranty statements on this site are marketing summaries only.

6. Financing

Financing offers referenced on the site (including any "0% financing" language) are provided by third-party lenders, subject to credit approval, and governed by the lender's own terms. We do not extend credit ourselves.

7. Your submissions

When you submit a form or upload a photo, you represent that the information is accurate, that you have the right to share any images you upload, and that you consent to be contacted about your project by phone, email, or text.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — photography, renderings, project galleries, written guides, logos, and design elements — is owned by Paver Exchange or used with permission. You may not reproduce, republish, or use it commercially without written consent.

9. Third-party links

We may link to manufacturer sites, rebate programs, or reference resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including submitting false information, attempting to breach security, scraping content, or interfering with other users' access.

11. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is complete or current.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paver Exchange is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
